What it's like to work with Aimee.

I have learned to listen to my body more. Ways to release stress. I am also learning how to appreciate my body more and how to be more thankful for it. I am learning about the let go of old thoughts and being more open-minded. I also learned that what I think that people might think of me is only in my head. — Anna, Texas (sessions conducted online)
Aimee has a lovely, peaceful energy. During our sessions she put me completely at ease to talk about some uncomfortable and embarrassing issues. Having grown up in a repressive environment including some sexual abuse, I needed support letting go of all the judgement and condemnation I'd taken on, as well as some of the lasting physiological effects from my formative years. Aimee seemed to intuitively know how to help me open up, never once making me feel uncomfortable or judged. She also used her knowledge and understanding of the human anatomy to guide me as to how to relate to myself with more compassion, and also how to explore my own body (and the bodies of others) with presence and in a freer and more liberated way. Since working with her I have become much more comfortable in my own skin and have found it easier be my full sexual self. — Robert, Melbourne (sessions conducted online)

Aimee Zheng

No more staying stuck in your head during intimacy. Let's help you feel real connection.

Hi, my name is Aimee Zheng.

Empowering people to speak openly about sex, intimacy and pleasure without shame is at the heart of my work.

Many of us were never given the tools, language or permission to safely explore these parts of ourselves. I've spent the time since 2020 building spaces where people can reconnect with their sexuality, with confidence, curiosity and self-trust.

Before this, I spent years as an architect, designing social housing across Australia and Singapore, and travelling globally with the Young G20.

It's part of what makes my approach so grounded, inclusive and genuinely non-judgmental.

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

A good fit if

  • You're curious about your body and pleasure, with or without a specific problem
  • You're dealing with mismatched libido, performance anxiety, or feeling disconnected during intimacy
  • You want practical, embodied tools, not just another conversation about it
  • You want a judgment-free space, whatever your gender, orientation or relationship structure
  • You're comfortable starting with a phone call, wherever you're based

Not right if

  • You're looking for a physical or sexual service. Sessions are educational and coaching-based — there is no physical or sexual contact involved, ever
  • You're in crisis or need urgent medical or mental health care right now
  • You want a guaranteed outcome or an overnight fix
  • You have a medical symptom that needs a GP's attention first

If you need help right nowCall Lifeline on 13 11 14 (24/7). For support after sexual assault or family violence, call 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732. This page and Aimee's sessions are educational and coaching-based — they are not a substitute for emergency, medical or psychological care.

Before you book

Why we talk first.

It isn't a sales call with a nicer name. Here's what you can hold Aimee to.

  • 1

Exactly as long as we say.
Fifteen to thirty minutes, not longer.

  • 2

You'll hear about working together once.
Only if it's a genuine fit, never as a pitch.

  • 3

Plain honesty if it's not a fit.
Aimee will say so, and help point you elsewhere.

  • 4

    Nothing is recorded.
    What you share stays confidential.
